Introduction. |
| |
| |
Ron Hull uses a video camera like his paint brush and knife |
| |
Consequently what can be viewed on his DVD's and Video's relates to his consciousness. |
| |
This presents the subject matter in a new and different light to what the viewer and filmgoer has been |
| |
trained to watched on TV and Cinema over the years. Obviously still effecting and influences a person. |
| |
How much of this has contributed to the level of consciousness being the extent of the images ability, |
| |
now able in extremes, to replace reality. |
| |
| |
If you watch 'MR. BEAN'S HOLIDAY' a bridge can be seen formed by combining video camera work with |
| |
hi-tech filmmakers historical projections. the bridge relating to the earlier insights of Jacques Tati and |
| |
the profoundity of Andrei Tarkovsky making the way clearer and enabling the individual to grasp reality |
| |
beyond image magnification. |
| |
| |
This Video and DVD collection, filmed over the years, makes a contribution to a persons insight of |
| |
what about is them, and so by doing helps inner consciousness to develop a better understanding |
| |
of themselves. |
| |
| |
